I’m Colleen, an outdoors enthusiast with a Parkinson’s diagnosis.

Rating trails for Parkinson’s people
There are many methods to rate the difficulty of a trail. But I couldn’t find one that would be helpful to hikers with Parkinson’s disease. So I created one!
Each post about a trail I’ve hiked includes a difficulty rating, as well as tips and cautions that are PD specific.
